We have 2 spots opening up in our 3-floor house in between Mississippi Ave and Vancouver/Williams Ave.

We really are a family here, a group of people who hang out and look out for one another. We're more interested in someone who's interested in being part of a community rather than someone who just needs a place to sleep. We all have our own lives, but we like to get together for movie nights, hot tub time, dancing out, or just sharing a nice bottle of wine.

Bedroom Available:

1st Floor Bedroom - $795/month + Utilities, available 8/12.
This room has great natural light, a sizable closet and convenience to the common areas. Hardwood floors & 3 windows.

2nd Floor Primary Bedroom with attached Bath - $945/month + utilities, available 7/18.
This room has 3 windows, a huge closet and measures 400 sf. It's about the size of 2 rooms and is perfect for someone who works from home.

The House:
We have a washer/dryer in the house, 2 bathrooms, outdoor firepit, string lights, hammocks, a basem*nt movie room, with a kegerator and 2 extra fridges. The kitchen has a dishwasher, new Fridge and stove and pantry along as well as an eat-in breakfast nook. We have a backyard with berries and fruit trees. We also have an overhang by the entrance with grape vines. There's a full basem*nt, which has 1 bedroom where I live, 1 guest bedroom (if you have any friends in family in town), a movie "theatre" and an extra fridge/laundry. We also have a hot tub and a movie room! We are currently in the process of finishing out a backyard shed to play piano, guitar and hang out. We also have a guest room for any of your friends or family to use when they're in town. This is definitely a house for cat lovers. We have a fat black cat named Jack and 2 gray kittens (1 years old) named Frankie and Gralien.

Roomate 1: Berlin (2nd floor roommie)
I'm a 38-year old woman working full time in remodeling and staging houses. I care a lot about the planet, healthy living, and community. I really enjoy gardening, spending time outdoors, swing dancing and enjoying the arts in my free time. I like having people over to hang out or have little gatherings but try to stay respectful of roommates and neighbors.

Roommate 2: Nico (2nd Floor roommie)
My name is Nicolas, I'm low maintenance, amicable, and will do dishes. I work at Portland Bolt and Manufacturing from 7-4 so will get up and go to bed early. I'm passionate about cooking, working out and during my free time, I enjoy lifting weights, skiing, surfing, and drawing. I spend most of my weekends exploring the outdoors of Oregon.

Roommate 3: Alexia (1st Floor Roommie)
I have been in Portland for about a year after graduating from Montana State in Bozeman, MT. I’m originally from Birmingham, AL (and my southern hospitality never left me - haha). I’m 25 and work as a Legal Administrator at a small law firm in Downtown Vancouver. I work in office Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm and like to spend my week nights cooking, reading, or socializing by trying out a new food spot, hitting trivia, or going to a concert with friends :) I love all things outdoors, alongside frequently practicing yoga and cycling at local studios around Portland. I’m equal parts extroverted and introverted in a way, so sometimes I keep quiet to myself. Moreover I’m lucky to have made a lot of great friends in my time here so far, so when I’m feeling social I like to fill that cup. I’m mature, cleanly, well organized, and have plenty of experience living with roommates, both female and male of all age cohorts. I'm happier in Portland since all my extracurricular activities lead me there. I deleted all my socials last year on the pursuit of being a more mindful person both with my time and others’ time. Roommate 4: Jake (Basem*nt Floor Roommie)
I just moved here from Pennsylvania to be closer to friends and am working with Berlin on house remodeling. I'm very easy going, love watching movies, playing games and hanging out with friends. I'm always down to help out around the house and up for any adventure that comes my way.

Roommate 5: Could be You!

We can go month-to-month, or have a longer lease, but we'd like for you to stay at least 6 months as we really do feel like a family, but it's really up to you. I'm not going to hold you to something if life is pulling you in another direction. Utilities are divided equally for electricity, gas, water, trash, cable, internet, but usually range around $100/month. I cover all households - soap, garbage backs, sponges, paper towels, etc.

To Move In:
Ideally First, Last and a security deposit equal to half of one month's Rent. If this is a problem, we can figure out a way to pay it overtime, so it's not so much up front.
